It is used to remove oversized material from grinded food products and cereals, chemicals, feed and
minerals. They are sieved in Centrifugal Siever for uniform sieving at a constant feed rate.
Working Principle
The product is fed into the siever trough inlet with the feed screw providing uniform feeding into the sieving chamber, where the product is transported along the sieving surface by rotating paddles or brushes, which distributes the product evenly on the screen. Feeding must be continuous and uniform for optimum performance. The finest material will exit via the central outlet connectable or discharge chute to any piping system. The material that does not pass through the screen will be discharged through the side outlet or oversize chute.
Centrifugal Siever construction comprises a clock wise rotatory horizontal cylindrical sieve. An internal anti-clock wise rotating paddles fitted with shaft along the sieve length. In operation material to be sifted is feed into the siever by inlet feed box. The Product is then uniformly feed into the clock wise rotatory horizontal cylindrical sieve by means of the feeding hopper with conveyor. The centrifugally force, forces the finest material against and through the screen. Soft whilst oversize particles pass out at the end of the screen. Adjustable weirs control the flow of oversize and retention time in the siever.
